Giffard Newton footwear has been tested and accredited to the EEC Directive for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Directive No. 89/686/EEC. Where appropriate, our products are certified to EN 20345. EN 345-1 is still valid and does not need new certification. The fire boots meet EN 15090:2006.

As a further mark of quality, Giffard Newton holds the quality system ISO 9001:2000, Certificate No. QS044, reinforcing the commitment to excellence in all of the company's endeavors.
